Michelle Catchpole
FNP-C, Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner · Co-Founder
Michelle is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with five years of clinical experience in telehealth and mobile healthcare. Before co-founding TPW, she was already delivering in-home and virtual care through another practice — and kept running into the same wall: too many restrictions, not enough freedom to actually put patients first.
So she built something better. At TPW, Michelle brings clinical expertise without the red tape — whether that's a same-day telehealth visit, a weight loss program built around your blood work, or showing up at your door when that's what you need.
Courtnie Gilmour
PhD, Organizational Leadership & Business Management · Co-Founder
Courtnie holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership and Business Management from North Central University. She brings to TPW what most healthcare practices never have — a deep understanding of how organizations actually work and what it takes to build one that consistently delivers for the people it serves.
While Michelle handles the clinical side, Courtnie engineers the systems, patient experience, and business structure that make concierge care accessible and reliable. She saw the same gap in the market Michelle did — and knew exactly how to build something that could fill it properly.

We are proudly local — not a franchise, not a chain. Our practice was built in Phoenix, by Phoenix women, for the Phoenix Valley community. We serve patients across Scottsdale, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, and beyond.
