Does insurance cover concierge care?

Our concierge memberships are direct-pay and not billed through insurance. However, some services such as labs, imaging, or specialist referrals may be submitted to your insurance plan depending on coverage.

Can I add aesthetics or weight loss services à la carte?

Yes. Individual aesthetics treatments and weight loss program visits are available as standalone services. Members on Concierge Care and Total Concierge plans receive discounted rates.

What happens if I need more visits than my plan allows?

Additional telehealth visits beyond your plan allotment are billed at our standard per-visit rate. Concierge Care and Total Concierge members have unlimited telehealth included.

Is there a contract or commitment?

Memberships are month-to-month — no long-term contracts. We want you to stay because of the care you receive, not because you're locked in.
